Thinking to myself... since i am so lazy to updated most of the time... i think i should put twitter on my blog... maybe it helps... LOL

Recently… this thought came to me and haunt me… i have been around for 7 years… and what have i actually accomplished and done for Him? Anything that actually further expand His Kingdom? Anything that i have done that actually brings glory to Him? …

How much time am i going to waste? How much time i have actually left to complete what i was originally tasked to do? What have i left hanging in my heart and not strive and complete them but be distracted and stray away from his original plan?

Where is my heart?

Hrm… it was 22 years and 3 days already… haha!… yuppie yuppie yup yup… it was my birthday on 3rd July… last friday ^^…

I thought i should be quite excited to be posting updates on my birthday… but i guess this year’s birthday compared to last year … it was pretty plain compared to it… since last year was a 21st birthday with a PARTY… LOL…

*Janice for the really nice tee shirt and the day out to JP for Billy Bombers (Thx for the treat) and the cute movie (ICE AGE 3)… it was a nice day out with her…

*Jin Quan, Ru Long and Zhen Long dinner at Waruku Pasta which though wasn’t really that satisfying… (Both me and Jin Quan complained about it… LOL XD) and the abit boring movie (Duplicity… but the tub of ICECREAM in the cinema was AWESOME XD)…

*Julia for the nice nice Monster card… XD…

*My family for the dinner with the superb cake from EMI Cake…

*GOD! for the day that he have shown me his love by bringing me here on earth…

 

HAHA!… since PEOPLE is chasing me to update my blog… i think got no choice… super persistent… >.<…

Since the last time i have blogged… it have been quite eventful actually…

Firstly… i was invited to a secondary school friend’s wedding… it was kind of early i have to say … since its a guy at 22 getting married in Singapore context… Usually in Singapore… you will be happy that some get married at the age of 27? maybe… i think so… It was quite a gathering as there were quite a number of friends around there as we bring back our memories of the pas… all the funny stupid things that we have done… “torturing” teachers… and how horrible were the teachers… LOLXD… and thanks to Ken Lim who have lend me his car… allow me drive down to that Ulu place… Ah…

 

Soon… it was my trip to Genting… no!… i should have said that it was my FIRST trip to Genting… that makes me feel so “sua ku”… Never never in my life that i have went there before… so obviously… the theme park and everything was new… I have my first hand experience in a casino… Looking at the faces of the people… depressed… desperate… damn bored… LOL… some just simple got too much money i guess… i went to the jackpot machine with 10 ringgit and spent it all in 5 minutes… >.< quite depressing… but anyway… i just wanna try out so… i din stay in there for long …

On the second day of the trip… we went to the theme park… WOOHOO!… say yeah! to Space Shot!… it was the most thrilling ride i have taken so far… we were raise to the height of about 20 storeys and hang here… next moment with an acceleration downwards sending you off your seat… not able to shout a single thing out of your mouth due to shock… WHAHA… next moment i was like laughing like crazy… i dunno why… i think the feeling of that thrill to me is funny… but anyway… when i was taking the ride… a monk was seated next to me… LOL… he din make a single sound too… i wonder… The rest of the ride was ok … namely “Cock Screw”, “Cyclone” and the “Swinger”… Ah… and the “Marry  Brown” is very nice lahz… why can’t singapore have that fast food joint… :S

And soon… i am back traveling to Singapore!…

 

After the trip… my next stop is Downtown East, Wild Wild Wet… Seriously saying… its like far more expensive than any other Swimming Complexes… but rides there are nothing sia… quite a waste of time if you seriously got there for the fun of the rides and slides and whatever… but if with the friends you enjoy with … it might be fun… I thank God i went there with the SPF voucher that allow me to go in at a super cheap price… Anyway… i forgot what was that thing called… but i almost fell out of my float when i was push down the slope that was freaking steep… >.<… and thats the most thrilling there… but think i enjoy myself the most at the “SABO POOL” i called… at the center of the place… where we filled the pails with water and splash them at ppl who walked pass… LOL!… it was fun… seeing their faces when the sudden splash of water on them… WAHAHA… *Evil Grin*…

 

I guess it was pretty eventful for the past weeks… i will soon update about this week… ^^

For the pass 2 days, was at the NSRCC for Zealot Area Chalet (ZAC) LOL… its my name!… XD… random…

I was tasked to be the “Driver” lah… so as the name suggest… i am the driver of the church van… sending people in and out of the chalet and going out to get stuff lohz… Its actually quite fun i have to say… since i get to have my driving experience and get myself more used to driving… Also… besides that… i get to know more people and talk to different people…

During the chalet… most of the time was free and easy… slack… eat and sleep… play with card games… screaming stupid lame songs… You name it we have done it… Get to know quite a few new faces … it was fun i have to say… i have my fill of chips till i get sick of them… we have become the “nua-er” (Rot-ter)… started by JJ… LOL… Seen lots of funny stuffs…

On the first day… I drove the van together with Liang Zhi, Xue Le, Irvin and Wee Kiat…  Ahah… we almost lost our way… LOL… but still alright… we still did found out way back lahz… so not too bad i guess… Since its my first time driving there… After unloading and stuff… and checking into the chalets… we just slack and slack… until the night time for dinner and sessions… In between… i went to the swimming pool alone and also went to the Jacuzzi just beside the pool… It was relaxing… until it was about to drizzle… i quickly wash up and went back to the chalet…

The guys side was so dirty that you can see titbits on the ground… you can see sweet wrappers… no one actually bothered to take care of the cleanliness of the place… i don’t understand how they actually bear with it… but i am totally disgusted… we quite a few of us usually go over to the girls side to slack lah… where the place was so much cleaner… After the 1st session by Derek on ‘Passion’… we just slacked by and play some card games and we get everyone to sleep as there will be session on the next day…

On the Second day… Morning i drove San Peng out to Tenah Merah MRT… as i do not know the way out … i trial and error… it took me quite a while to get there when it actually only take 5 minutes to get to the MRT station… i feel quite bad causing him to be late for school… in the midst of the trial and error… i almost got into an accident… The stupid shade ‘thingy’ doesn’t hold properly and hang half way down which actually blocks my vision abit… I was actually speeding up and next moment i realised it was red light which was actually blocked by the shade ‘thingy’… i had to do an e-break which actually caused a loud screeching sound and there was a boy just in front… i almost pee in my pants i think… Ah…

Anyway… after that… i find my way back to the chalet and the session is about to start… After the 2nd Session by Irvin on ‘Prayer’… the few of us starts to NUA with the Nua-ers… and just slack there watching spelling bee… LOL… after which we actually slacked all the way to dinner time… and follow by the last session by You Beng on ‘Resilience’. After the session… i drove some of the guys out as they have school the next day… then when i come back… we started out “Midnight Games’…  Zombie and ‘Hide-And-Seek’… it was quite lame but i think we had fun… all the way till 2.30am…

After that we have series of ‘Saboteur’ and ‘Bangs’… when we have bring out our lying and acting skills … quite alot of crap came out though… (RONALD!.. better regret not believing me!!!)… LOL… anyway… we ended at 5.40 am and officially knocked out at 6.30am… I get to sleep coz have to drive back to church in few hours time…

Woke up at 8.30am and we checked out of that place… That marks the end of the Zealot Chalet… Awesome!

Wow wow wow… 2 years have passed by… and NS life have come to an end… Some people say that when the race is coming to an end… it will get tougher and tougher even though the urge to push on is so strong when the finishing line is right before your eye…

Finally on Monday 15/5/09, i will officially ORD and something pink will finally return to my wallet… allowing me to know that i have completed the days of NS life… Didn’t blog these few days because of the big pile and pile of work falling on my desk… up to the point that i almost couldn’t breathe literally… so so so worn out… Often i ask myself… why is it that people can let go and just become “set free” when they ORD but i am holding on so tight and this sense of belonging is so strong… and i feel like i have the responsibility to keep my branch running… Some people might think i am stupid… but i guess not bah…

I will be on 3 weeks leave… taking a break out of the the fast moving office… receiving arrows and bullets coming my way but i can only ‘eat’ them up with perseverance… I do not know what kind work i will be seeing on my desk… but hopefully by then i have fully recharged and be ready for another ‘war’ with the ‘monstrous’ work trying to pierce me…

And yah!.. yesterday went to anchor point and got myself 2 top and a dress belt… XD…

There’s one more black shirt but i haven’t take it out yet… hahaz… anyway… thanks to my dad who helped me to iron it super straight… woooooooo…
